Cheshire Subsidence is a lead generation service. We do not carry out subsidence investigations, surveys or repair works ourselves. When you submit an enquiry through this website, your details are passed on to a fully qualified, independent subsidence professional in our network who should be able to help with your situation.

How Enquiries Are Handled

By submitting an enquiry form you agree that Cheshire Subsidence may share the information you provide (including your name, address, contact details and a description of your concern) with one or more vetted subsidence specialists so they can contact you directly to discuss your enquiry and, where appropriate, arrange a survey or quotation.

No Guarantee

Because the work itself is carried out by independent third-party specialists, Cheshire Subsidence gives no warranty or guarantee in respect of any survey, advice, quotation or remedial work provided to you. Any contract for works is formed directly between you and the specialist concerned, and that specialist is solely responsible for the services they provide.

Quotations and Pricing

Quotations issued by specialists in our network are provided on their own terms and are typically subject to a site survey. Cheshire Subsidence is not a party to those quotations and accepts no liability for their accuracy, scope or price.
